In the magazine we include topics of health giving some advices for the personal care,of fashion  in this case we decided  give some advices to boys about what do they can use, the girl and boy of the week and we announce a summons on singing and dance about the university of san antonio The information is totally thought for us the teenagers Talking about the organization and the dynamics we believe that it was good and  we could put in practice our knowledge about some topics

Mexican food " the mesoamerican delights"

This post is going to be about Mexican a food we are going to present a strong dish  and a dessert that had been pass the recepy from long time ago. We hope you enjoy it.

Our fist dich is "Tortilla soup"

"Tortilla soup" is a soup but also it can be a Strong dish, because is not a common soup, is  one of the most delicious soups a person can eat in Mexico, either with avocado,chile,tomatoe,garlic,pepper,salt and onion our Aztec forefathers that clasify this soup as a delicacy deserving for Kings.

to prepare this soup we need:

1/2 kilo of torillas

4 tomatoes

1 garlic

100 grams of Manchego cheese

100 grams of Chicharron

2 chiles 

a quarter of cream

1 avocado

1 spoon of  consome

oil

Preparation

1) Put the tomatoes on a pot util they get cook then mix them in the blender with the garlic, when the ingredients look perfectly  scrambled, put the sauce in a pot with water (the neccesary) when is is boliling ad the spoon of consome.

2)Cut the tortillas in small pieces they can have the form of squares, then put them all in a pan to fry.

3) Take out the seeds from the chiles, and then put the chiles in a pan until they get gilding.

4)Put the tortillas on a plate for soups, then  put on the tomatoe sauce, after that you can decorate it with the cheese, chicharron, avocado, chile and cream to get an excellent flavor.

Dessert

"Kalúa Jelly"

What is this? Well Kahlúa is a Mexican coffee liqueur. It is dense and sweet, with the distinct taste of coffee, from which it is made. Kahlúa also contains sugar, corn syrup and vanilla bean it is used in desserts and cocktails.

to prepare the "Kalua jelly" we need:

1 liter of milk

1 can of Nestle milk

80 grams of gelatin

1 can of Carnation clavel milk

150 grams of cream

1 cup of Klua liqueur

190 grams of Philadelphia cheese

3 spoons of coffee

1 mold for jelly

Preparation

1) In the blender mix all the ingredients, to mix the gelatine you need to put it in a bowl in "Baño Maria" until it get like melted you add it also to the blender.

2) Mix very well to get a type of thick dough

3) Before put the mixture in the mold, you need to grease it, with this process the jelly dont stick at the mold.

4) Put the mixture in the mold, then put it on the fridge until it take the form of jelly

Plannig our perfect holiday!

PERFECT VACATIONS

Maybe, our perfect vacations would be in Disneyland in Orlando Florida, because it´s a great place where we can have a good time. 

So we are going to Disneyland for three weeks. We are traveling by airplane and we are staying in a hotel of seven stars, the best hotel in Disneyland near these park.

We are walking round in all the park, we are climbing up in all the mechanic games, we are eating in the most beautiful restaurants and maybe, we are taking the sun and going swimming.

We need to get in pur backpack for wearing shorts,t-shirts and sneackers because it is going to be hot and we need to be confortable.

We are seeing some of the best mechanic games of Disneyland and the most famous attractions too. We are returning on April 11th. We also think that Disneyland is perfect because each one loves Disney and also Mecahnic games.

Rosi: the karaoke class was a good dynamic for vocabulary practice things we've seen throughout the course and helped us to have better pronunciation but cost me a bit of work to keep up with the song

KARAOKE CLASS

Opinion of the class:

We think that the class was awesome,sing in front of the public sometimes is too embarrassing because some people don´t sing perfect but the thing that matters

 is the acttitude that is what gives flavor to the song .=D

Opinions:

Ilian: I like the karaoke class, it was cool, because I love singing and we sing a song that I like,.

I also like the presentation of the other teams they were great!!! the song that each team choose was different from eachother but,

each one talks about love :D.

Vania: In my opinion the karaokeclass was good, the song that we choose was easy to sing because it was slow,

 but it is pretty. Before singing my team was very nervous but finally we get fun XP.

 Escarlet: The class was really cool, we sing one of my favorite songs, so I like a lot, but 

I was very nervous to sing in front of everybody :s, but at the end I love it!

Fernanda:At the begining I was very upset because I wanted another song,

 then I hear "More than words" and I accept to choose it because I like it. I also like the presetnation of my partners, 

I like Ian rap it was very funny and good.

Montse: Well in my opinion the class was good, I would like to repeat it one more time,

 I like the 4 songs the teams and Ian choose because I like that kind of music.

Paola: I was very nervous before singing because before that 

I haven,t heard the song but I learn it and then I sing it.

 I like to sing with my friend and practicing with them was very funny.

 

It doesn´t matter the distance.

I am happy to write you wehavent talk since I was in Africa.I´m in Alask! I am living in an iglu, it's very cool, even my mom is always saying "It's very frizzing". I go sledding every day and my parents go walking in the snow, I miss you a lot! I miss the beach and the wild animals in yourecological recerve also I miss the hot weather but here in Alska it´s not as bad as I think before came here. I met new friends, I have a beautiful coat I always wear pants boots coats and sweaters. Here in Alaska there is sun lught during six months and the other six its too dark so I´m going to return to Africa when it became darker. How about you? your animals and your mom is it Africa the same without me?

Dear Kikey:

I am glad about you and your new "iglu", also I´m happy about you. Well here in Africa you know there is a lot of hot! :s the weather is warming up because we are now in summer, I have vacations so I always go to the rivers with Tomica, we had a lot of fun!. In the ecological reserve we have now a little cub of Cheeta she is too cute, my mother had rescue her from the savanna I called her "Kabibi" it means a trip to remember.I´m using a new t-shirt that I bought to the Zulu tribe its very fresh. Tomorrow I am going to help my mom with the safari trip for the guests of the hostel. I relly hope you really could come in that sic months of darknes that presents in Alaska because Africa is not the same without my Best Friend.

Carnival of Veracruz! a little taste of fun!

 CARNIVAL OF VERACRUZ

The carnival of veracruz have been celebrated since 1925, it had evolving and acquiring new costumes and traditions.

 This enormus and awesome carnival is taking place in the port of Veracruz, it has been consider a very important event of the Mexican culture.

We can see a lot of dancers wearing tiny, extravagant, awesome and colorful  costumes. People having a lot of fun! and also a little taste of the mexican culture.

Most of women are wearing bikinis, some clothes that looks like a swimsuit, big feathers, highheells, enormus and extravagant hats.

We also can see men wearing, big or small colorful pants, sometimes they were a tiny extravagant t-shirt or jacket, but thay also appear without any clothe in thier upper part of the body.

The decoration of the place where the carnival is taking place is always new,beautifull, energetic and its colorful.

Come to Mexico, visit Veracruz and enjoy the carnival! WUJU!

INDIA! Beautiful country

Hi! today we are going to tell you some things about India, their season, weather, places where people usully go on vacartion,clothes that they wear and what they do in a typical day.

In India, the people count four season that are different from other places in the world, this seasons are:

Monsoon:  this season is on May, the weather is cold and humidity.

Winter: the weather it’s too fogy, windy and the sky returns gray

Summer: the weather it’s sunny, warm, in some places it can be too hot, and there is a lot of light.

Fall: There weather is windy, cloudy, in some places it can be warm and rainy.

India have a lot of cultural places in his country,like:

“ bazaar Chatta Chowk ,Tumba de Humayun, Qutub Minar, Taj Mahal, gardens Mehtab Bagh, sacrade city of Varanasi,VishwanathTemple and Jaipur”.

These are some beautiful places that people can visit, it also are temples of different gods and goddesses, in India people adore some animal because in most of their religion Indians believe in reincarnation, so there are some temples full of animal like rats where people go there and pray to the god or goddess, this is very interesting for many tourist that visit India.

People usually wear very colorful and bright colors, beautiful prints in their clothes.

Women in India use the “saree or sari” it’s a typical garment, it can be made of cotton or silk, the long of this clothe can be 5 to 6 meters long and 1.20 meters wide, this garment is usually wear with an adjusted blouse that goes under it, but also many women use the “peikot”it’s a long skirt. The clothes are very simple in their confection but that gives the opportunity to add them the red color that is the most use, prints and jewelry.

Men usually wear as women colorful colors, and a lot of shine in their clothes that they call “salwar or dhoti”, it’s a rectangular piece of fabric it can be made of cotton or silk, the most common color in this clothe is white, it’s like a type of pants, with a simple but pretty shirt that can be of many colors.

Most of the people are very religious so they go to pray at the temples, there also a lot of markets in the street where you can find strange spices, that are not common for us but there are delicious. Well there are many things to do, because it’s a very  large country, it’s the second most populated before China, it’s very rich in culture but most of the people are very poor, there is a lot of hunger, but people is there is very kind.

"Pozole" delicious mexican dish

Recipe
Pozole is one of the typical mexican foods, it´s delicious.


Ingredients
- 1lb red dried chilli cleaned from
- 1piece of pork roast, chopped in 1 inch pieces
- 1 onion
- 1 to 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Dressings: lettuce, onion, hot peppers, lemon, radish, oregano and salt.

Steps for preparation


First
1) Boil red chillies until soft
Then
2) Spoon them in the blender 1/2 filled each time with a cup of it´s own water in wich it was boiled.
Second
3)Blend them on high for about 1 minute.
After
4) Strain the sauce through the strainer and set aside in a pan,add salt and pepper.
After that
5)Boil the pork pieces for about 2 hours,add in it some garlic, salt, onion and pepper to taste.
Then
6) At last 1/2 hour add red chilli sauce to the pozole and simmer.
At last
7) After the pozole is cooked, wait a few minutes to serve.
Finally
8) You can add some lettuce, gradish, lemon, salt, oregano or hot peppers to add some flavor.
