Mexican food " the mesoamerican delights"
This post is going to be about Mexican a food we are going to present a strong dish and a dessert that had been pass the recepy from long time ago. We hope you enjoy it.
Our fist dich is "Tortilla soup"
"Tortilla soup" is a soup but also it can be a Strong dish, because is not a common soup, is one of the most delicious soups a person can eat in Mexico, either with avocado,chile,tomatoe,garlic,pepper,salt and onion our Aztec forefathers that clasify this soup as a delicacy deserving for Kings.
to prepare this soup we need:
1/2 kilo of torillas
4 tomatoes
1 garlic
100 grams of Manchego cheese
100 grams of Chicharron
2 chiles
a quarter of cream
1 avocado
1 spoon of consome
oil
Preparation
1) Put the tomatoes on a pot util they get cook then mix them in the blender with the garlic, when the ingredients look perfectly scrambled, put the sauce in a pot with water (the neccesary) when is is boliling ad the spoon of consome.
2)Cut the tortillas in small pieces they can have the form of squares, then put them all in a pan to fry.
3) Take out the seeds from the chiles, and then put the chiles in a pan until they get gilding.
4)Put the tortillas on a plate for soups, then put on the tomatoe sauce, after that you can decorate it with the cheese, chicharron, avocado, chile and cream to get an excellent flavor.

Dessert
"Kalúa Jelly"
What is this? Well Kahlúa is a Mexican coffee liqueur. It is dense and sweet, with the distinct taste of coffee, from which it is made. Kahlúa also contains sugar, corn syrup and vanilla bean it is used in desserts and cocktails.
to prepare the "Kalua jelly" we need:
1 liter of milk
1 can of Nestle milk
80 grams of gelatin
1 can of Carnation clavel milk
150 grams of cream
1 cup of Klua liqueur
190 grams of Philadelphia cheese
3 spoons of coffee
1 mold for jelly
Preparation
1) In the blender mix all the ingredients, to mix the gelatine you need to put it in a bowl in "Baño Maria" until it get like melted you add it also to the blender.
2) Mix very well to get a type of thick dough
3) Before put the mixture in the mold, you need to grease it, with this process the jelly dont stick at the mold.
4) Put the mixture in the mold, then put it on the fridge until it take the form of jelly
